Ordering Information

You can expect your order to be with you within a couple of working days of your purchase, unless we are waiting for a delivery of stock. If your item is damaged or there are any problems, please contact us by email publishing@urc.org.uk.

You have a right to cancel or exchange your order if you tell us within 14 days of receiving it. Once we have been notified, you have 14 days to return the item to us to receive a full refund. The cost of sending the item to us is borne by you and postage will be charged for all exchanges and subsequent orders.

VAT is added to postage costs if a product with VAT is purchased (e.g. a diary, calendar).

UK postage and packing costs – please email us for international postage rates. These fees include the increased postage rates from the Royal Mail.

Order value £11.00-£19.99	Postage and packing fee: £3.95
Order value £20.00-£49.99	Postage and packing fee: £5.95

Packages are sent in the UK by Royal Mail and DPD. Email addresses and phone numbers are shared with DPD for delivery purpose-related contact only (usually an email and text message confirming the delivery time or redelivery time). 

If you wish to collect items from United Reformed Church House, please select Pickup from Store and in the Comments box write the date of collection. Orders can be collected from Reception.
